I have visited Rowena's many times and have never been disappointed. The staff are friendly, especially Liz! You are made to feel at home and encouraged to relax. The tea is presented in individual pots, and the food is plentiful and delicious! You are sure to have a wonderful experience. Rowena's is a hidden treasure for tea lovers in Norfolk!
